Amazing art

Today 3 cherdren came to Room15 to show there art work.about there trip to Hannah's bay.We thought there art work was very COOOOOOOOL!!

Jacks happy birthday cake

On the 14th of June it was jacks birthday and today we had his cake and it was chocolate and also he was turning 8 years old

Rhubarb crumble

Today Kassidy brought in some rhubarb crumble  for us to eat. We are going to eat it after lunch when it is warmed up. She also brought in some spoons made of wood that can be recycled in the compost. Kassidy thinks that her Mum's rhubarb crumble is the best.

Learning about our environment

Today room15 is learning about our environment. We have been using a describe map to group our ideas and explain about our environment.

X Country running

Today we did cross country training for our cross country in the redwoods on Wednesday. To train we run around the field for 10 minutes and when we run around the field we get a mark on our hand which our teacher gives to us. After that we all go inside to count up all of our marks and total up all the laps we have done altogether. We have 811 laps altogether and we are trying to get 1000 laps.

Sustainability

Today we went to feed the chickens and also pulled all of the weeds. There were lots of weeds. There were some helpers called Caeli and Gracie were the helpers with the chickens Gracie got the food and also the water form the tap. And Caeli saw if there were any eggs in the chicken house.

Cake stall

Today we had a cake stall. It was so much work because we had to find out the correct change. I loved all of the food it looked so delicious but I couldn't buy it.Look at how much money we have, we have $393.80. That is a lot of money to count.

Resurrection of the cross

The juniors put on an amazing play of the resurrection in the hall and they also read some thanks and resurrection of of the cross.

Getting ready for the school gala

Would you guess what went by our window? No it was not a cow, no it was not an elephant, it was a run away chair because the school is getting ready for the school gala to night. The school is looking ford to the school gala. But the chair is not looking forward to the gala because people are going to be siting on the chair all night long.

Lauren's big adventure to Austrailia!

On Lauren's 7th birthday she went on an adventure to Austrailia! In Austrailia Lauren got a fairy tale book, featherdale wildlife park book, a toy panda-bear and toy kowala, earring stickers, and a slinky.
